Welcome to crabkids.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Crabkids (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or utilizing this Site, you and your corporate entity agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please review these terms with strict commercial precision.

We operate exclusively as a contract-grade children’s footwear manufacturer and global B2B wholesale brand. We strictly do not engage in direct-to-consumer (C-End) retail commerce.

1. B2B Commercial Nature & Sourcing Profiles

By accessing our Site and submitting business profiles through our inquiry interfaces, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

• You are an authorized corporate entity, distributor, or retail store owner engaging strictly in professional procurement or wholesale resale.
• All data provided—including corporate identity, country of operation, and dynamic communication handles (such as verified WhatsApp numbers)—is accurate, authentic, and current.

2. The Dynamic Cart-to-WhatsApp Inquiry Protocol

The Site provides an interactive product selection interface (“Shopping Cart”). This mechanism is an absolute proprietary asset designed exclusively for bulk procurement catalog compiling:

• No Online Transactions: The Site does not process direct financial checkout transactions, retail payment gateways, or consumer point-of-sale operations.

3. Absolute Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy

All creative, digital, and physical brand assets displayed on this Site or associated with our manufacturing head office are the exclusive, legally protected intellectual property of Crabkids.

This includes, without limitation, all original promotional posters, corporate mascots, proprietary outsole graphics (including the point-line landscape graphics and the innovative EVA school shoe outsole patterns), customized video lookbooks, 3D C4D digital footwear rendering configurations, and any specific graphics or visual layouts.

Furthermore, this sovereignty extends strictly to all our offline physical design collateral, including but not limited to custom shoe box engineering designs, garment tag/hangtag configurations, branded physical shopping bags, customized t-shirts, artisan aprons, promotional hats, trade-show exhibition tent structures, and all corporate merchandise or premium brand ephemera developed by our design studio.

Any unauthorized duplication, derivative extraction, asset-scraping, physical counterfeit reproduction, commercial piracy, or malicious brand defamation by competitors will be treated as an absolute infringement of our sovereignty. Such actions will be met with immediate legal termination, digital takedown notices, and dynamic edge-level IP blocking via Cloudflare enforcement.

4. Exclusion of Consumer Retail Liability (No Returns/Refunds)

Because our trading matrix is 100% pure B2B manufacturing buyouts:

• We do not accept consumer retail returns, exchanges, or refund requests through this Site.
• All commercial obligations, manufacturing delivery timelines, bulk pricing discounts, and quality control assurances are strictly governed by the standalone, physical B2B Sales Contracts executed between our sales department and your enterprise.

5. Limitation of Liability & Server Maintenance

While we enforce elite front-end shielding via Cloudflare and internal routing via Nginx Proxy Manager on our Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, Crabkids assumes 0% liability for temporary site offline periods, DNS cache locks, or server connection timeouts. The Site is provided on an “as-is” basis without operational warranties.

6. Governing Law & Sovereign Jurisdiction

These Terms and any operational disputes arising from the use of this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the sovereign commercial laws governing our manufacturing head office.
